1. The registration fee for regular participant includes welcome reception, lunches, the conference banquet, the conference brochure and conference tour.
2. The Accompanying Person fee includes welcome reception, conference banquet and conference tour. (No conference brochure, bag and other souvenirs.)
3. The receipt will be released when you check in at the registration desk.

Registration Procedure

* Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments must be made in USD or NTD. Registration fee can be submitted by:

(1) Credit card:
We accept both Visa and Master Card. You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information (SSL encrypted). Credit card payment will NOT be available on site.
※ Your personal information can only be updated before payments, please be sure the correctness before you finish the process.

(2) Wire transfer:
Please email us for our account information. Since there will be some transaction charge from both bank when you make the payment, please pay USD 30 for extra transaction fee.

(3) Cash payments will only be accepted on site.

Refund Policy
Cancellation can be made via e-mail or fax, but must be confirmed with your hand-written signature.

Personal Insurance
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses, or cancellation expenses to participants. All participants are recommended to arrange their own insurance for coverage. Please consult your local insurance resources for further information.
